One of St Andrew’s Wellbeing Centre’s most loved programs. Nestle under a warm rug on your own soft meditation mattress and be cocooned in the healing tones of music, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. This intimate experience is designed to help you release stress and gently recalibrate your nervous system.

This event is offered to St. Andrew’s Wellbeing Centre members. Membership is free for two years to all patients currently undergoing cancer care at St Andrew’s Hospital or St Andrew's Chemotherapy Suite. Your partner, carer or friend is also welcome to register along with you.
