Immune Support Roller Recipe
This is my absolute ‘go to’ blend when I sense a bug lurking - I roll this over my throat, chest and wrists to help support and boost my immune to fight off any sickness. If I’m feeling a little run down I also keep this blend close to build my physical and mental resilience.
The Recipe (Child 3-6 years)
+ 30ml Roller Bottle
+ 5 drops of ‘May I Be Renewed’ Pure Blend
+ 2 drops of Eucalyptus Pure Essential Oil
+ 2 drops of Rosemary Pure Essential Oil
+ Fractionated Coconut Oil
The Recipe (Adult)
+ 30ml Roller Bottle
+ 12 drops of ‘May I Be Renewed’ Pure Blend
+ 3-4 drops of Eucalyptus Pure Essential Oil
+ 3-4 drops of Rosemary Pure Essential Oil
+ Fractionated Coconut Oil
The Method
Start by carefully counting out the drops of essential oil into the empty roller bottle. Top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil (or any nut/seed carrier oil). Pop on the roller ball lid and give the bottle a gentle shake to combine the oils. Write the date and product name on the supplied label.
If you are making this for children 3-6 years, halve the drops of essential oils in this recipe - so a total of 9 drops in the 30ml roller.
This blend is not recommended for children under 3 years.
Roll onto your throat, wrists, back of neck, soles of feet, over your heart space as and when you feel the need for an extra immune boost!
